These terms apply to every order placed through this website, operated by Dress Clean Walk Ready (DCWR), based in the Netherlands. Contact: info@dcwr-shop.com.

An agreement is formed once your order is confirmed by email. We may cancel an order if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, in which case you are refunded in full.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is completed through our secure checkout provider.

Orders are packed within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and carrier.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, and 14 days after that to return the items unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. See our returns page for the procedure.

Items are covered by the statutory conformity rules. Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement made through this website.
